About the team
Grace and Gareth took over the ownership of the Practice from Grace’s parents Mr and Mrs Dentith on their retirement in 2013. Grace is the Principal Dentist and Gareth the Practice Manager. Between them they run the practice with the same values and ethos which with it was created.
All of our highly trained staff are carefully selected to continue to provide the superior quality of care and personal service that our patients have come to expect over the years.
Miss Grace Dentith BDS (Newcastle 2005), MFDS RCS (Ed), Dip Con Sed

Grace qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2005 and has since worked in general practice in Ashington, a postgraduate training post at Newcastle Dental School and as a Senior House Officer in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Middlesbrough Hospital.
In 2007 Grace also gained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Grace returned to Rutland from the North East with Gareth in 2008 to take over her mother’s patient list following her retirement from clinical work.
Grace is the only provider of sedation services for nervous patients in the local area and has presented at the Society of Paediatric Dentistry and the British Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Miss Pam Hampton BDS (Guys 1987)

Pam Hampton is an experienced oral and dental health practitioner who enjoys the long term relationship she has built up with her patients since joining the practice as an associate in 1996.
Mr Jaime Peacock BDS (Newcastle 1991)

Jaime Peacock joined the practice in 2015 taking over Graces father’s patient list following his retirement. He is a very experienced practitioner who has worked in general practice for over twenty years.
Associate Associate Dentist
Mrs Philippa Young Bsc (Hons) BDS MFDS (Edin)

Having first qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2004, Philippa re-trained as a Dentist at Kings College London in 2010 and has a keen interest in oral surgery and general dentistry.
Philippa has worked in general practice as well as in a hospital setting in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During this time, she became competent in a wide range of oral surgical procedures.
Philippa has completed many further training courses and has completed the Diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) in Edinburgh, as well as Combined Facial Aesthetics Training.
Miss Nicheal Morjaria MDDR

Nicheal joined the practice in 2017 initially as locum maternity cover and then as a full-time associate.
Post qualification Nicheal has gained the Post Graduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at Kings College London and is a member of the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry, she also has experience with IV sedation undertaken in a hospital environment and in general practice.
Twice nominated for the “National Dental Awards” ‘Best Young Dentist” the most respected awards programme in UK dentistry.
Miss Rebecca Bakewell Dip DH

Becky joined the practice initially as dental nurse in 2002 and was then selected for hygienist training at Newcastle Dental Hospital where she completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2006. Becky has built up an excellent rapport with her patients and recently has dropped to part time hours with the birth of her two young sons.
Mrs Julie Haines CEB Cert DH

Julie joined us in 2014 on a part time basis. Julie qualified from Charles Clifford Hospital, Sheffield in 1989. She then went to work at the Leicester Groby Road Hospital, Restorative Department before moving into general dental practice. She is a very experienced and skilled hygienist having worked at many practices across the Rutland and Leicestershire area.
All of our dental nurses are registered with the General Dental Council or currently undergoing training to gain their National Diploma in Dental Nursing as certified by the NEBDN to achieve registration.
